To Clock In and Out of the Timecard Module, follow the steps below.
- Select the Clock IN / OUT option in
- Click on an employee's tab. Available jobs display.
- Select a job or task from either Standard Jobs or Customer Jobs.
- When you select a customer ticket and multiple jobs are
listed under the ticket, they will display in the Description
box with a Group number (G#). Select the specific job under that
ticket. If there is only one job on the ticket, the Description
box displays with only one selection.
- On the top of the screen there are SHOW options; Assigned
Jobs, Recent Jobs First and Newer Ticket #'s.
- Select an option. Click Process.
- If the technician is not assigned this job and Warning
Select Yes or No.
- The Time Card Login screen displays.
