This screen is used to search for a ticket that is in history.
The Save History as Note is available to unlimited History module users only.

To Locate a Paid Ticket
- Select a search type using either
customer's Name, Ticket #, Plate, Vin, Model, Fleet #,
Ticket Status or Ticket Date.
- Type in the first few letters of the last name under
Search HISTORY for Name and click Search.
View to display the ticket. The
Save History as Note
- Click Save History as Note.
- A Vehicle History
Summary group displays under Parts & Labor on the Estimate
- Double-click the Vehicle History Summary
and click Print on Ticket.
- Click Preview to
view it on the ticket.
