The Front Desk displays all the tickets for this shop.
This screen displays seven tabs designed to hold the
tickets depending on their status.
- Scheduled displays all scheduled tickets. They are color coded to
accommodate our color blind customers.
This is a preferences that can be turned off, so all tickets are in black if so
- Blue are past due tickets.
- Red are tickets for the current day.
- Yellow are future tickets.
- Estimates displays all new and estimate tickets.
- Approved displays tickets that are started,
approved or ordered.
- Delivered displays tickets that have the parts delivered to shop but the job has not been started yet.
- Invoiced displays finished tickets.
- Paid displays tickets that are paid. When the End of Day is run, all paid
tickets will be moved from the Paid screen into history. Any tickets listed under the other tabs
will remain on their respective screens. Deleted tickets will move to history when End of Day is completed.
- All lists all open tickets regardless of status.
- Search Options are used to find
customers or tickets.
- Admin is used for setup and administration.
